Our internal procedure and process are strictly according to ISO 9001:2008 Standard. The Quality Management System applicable to the manufacture of valves.

Control of casting

The quality of the casting has a significant influence to the final quality of the finished valves. JCIN VALVE always pay attention to the supplier of the casting, all our casting suppliers are ISO 9001:2008 and CE certified. To get a good quality casting, we would rather spend more money than our fellow.

Two kinds of casting are used, lost wax investment casting for low pressure small sizes, and sand casting for higher pressure and larger sizes.

Storage test

According to written procedures, the whole manufacturing process of our valves is continuously monitored by the following inspections and tests:

6  Final inspection before packing

Trace Back

Every JCIN valve identified by a univocal Serial Number, will be delivered complete with EN 10204 3.1 material certificate of pressure containing parts and 3.1 certificate of pressure tests. In addition, all other certificates concerning special valve tests, destructive or non destructive tests and qualification tests according to purchase order requirements will be included.
